SPJST Reimagined Dining

At SPJST Lake Travis, our intention is to cook for everybody like they're family. All our food is prepared fresh in house including breads, desserts, and even potato chips. Fresh produce is delivered twice weekly. Salads and fresh fruit are cut shortly before meal times. We believe mealtimes are important and a great amount of care and attention are put towards fulfilling this belief.

"Grilled Salmon with Beurre Rouge garnished with scallions, roasted fingerling potatoes with caramelized onions, asparagus with julienne red peppers & a fresh baked herb roll. The Salad is composed of Field greens with cherry tomatoes granny smith apples candied walnuts with a honey lime vinaigrette."
