Unlike other assisted living communities, our monthly fees are all inclusive. There is no additional level of care charge giving you peace of mind knowing what your monthly costs will be even as your needs may change. Depending on the size of the suite, monthly fees range from $5,490 to $6,580. Residents also pay a one-time Community Fee of $2,000.
The monthly fee includes three meals per day, all utilities, housekeeping service, and 24-hour care staff. Residents enjoy gardening and bird watching in our serenity gardens, fitness classes, games and interactions with local volunteers.
Respite Care, which provides short-term relief for primary caregivers giving them time to rest, travel or spend time with other family and friends, is $250 per day (subject to availability).
We honor family and residents wishes for end-of-life personalized care. For those who need Hospice Care, we coordinate services with local Hospice providers in the comfort of our small, household environment.
At Lake Travis we can also provide temporary on-site housing (in our studio cabana located in our Serenity Garden) for families and loved ones which is also available for an additional fee (based on current pricing and availability).
